This product is designed to accommodate 1-4 unit family dwellings owned by individual or corporate investors for rental purposes.
- Up to 5 locations can be added; larger schedules may be eligible
- Dwellings up to 4 stories are eligible
- Designed for dwellings leased on an annual basis
- Risks undergoing renovation are eligible
- No more than 2 losses or claims per coverage part incurred in the past 5 years (Liability), 3 years (Property)
- Owner may live in one of the units if multi-family
Note: California, Oregon, Utah & Virginia risks are only eligible for Liability coverage.
